I don't understand people who get an attitude about modding an AT. It's not their car, it's mine and I'll enjoy it the way I want to enjoy it. Some people get off on adding big, heavy show rims to their coupe that actually slow their car down - I don't give them grief for that. It's whatever makes you happy.

I predict this thread will become list your mods thread free for all by the second page.
Don't worry about other people. Unless they're paying for your mods, it doesn't matter. Ultimately, you have to be happy with your mods. Mod the car for yourself, not others, otherwise, there's no enjoyment in it.
As far as 5AT vs 6MT, just about every mod will work on both cars (transmission mods excluded obviously)
My mods:
Engine:
polished Crawford V5 plenum
ported throttle body
polished lower plenum
polished intake manifold
popcharger
(everything above port-matched)
Z-tube
UR crank pulley
Lighting:
X5 projectors, 4100K D2S bulbs
Cleared amber turn signal
Smoked side signal lights
Brakes:
4 piston red brembos in front
2 piston painted red brembos in rear with Stoptech 2 piece rear rotors
Stoptech SS lines throughout
Transmission:
B&M transmission cooler
Inline transmission filter
Future:
Gruppe-S Y-pipe (ordered)
headers, cats, with everything portmatched
ECU tuning
TEIN Basics
Stillen Valve body
350z track rims
2 piece front brake rotors (the next time I need to replace the front rotors)
and a few other ideas that I'll show when the project is completed
