trans. slip?

i have a pretty bad transmission slip in my 2005 g35 coupe 5mt. i went to the dealership and asked how to fix it the guy there said it was a 50 50 chance a flush would fix it or make it considerably worse resulting in a transmission failure. what should i do? sell the car or do the flush?!!?

Might want to consider a fluid flush and when putting fresh fluid in put some Lucas Transmission additive in with it. I would never had believed in something like that, but i have been it work time and time again. Amazing stuff.

Can you still add the addictive 4 months after the flush?
