Lowering Springs

Im thinking about dropping the g on some B&G springs. Anyone here have any inputs on the springs or pictures of the drop with them on?

Never heard of them. I would go for a reliable and trusted company like H&R, Tein, Tanabe, or Eibach.

Depends if you want a big drop or a small drop.
For big drop Tanabe and Eibach are the way to go.
Small drops then H&R and Tein would be for you

I've never seen or heard of B&G springs! Stick with what we know works like Teins 350Z H-Techs, lowers your G 1" front and 3/4" out back and maintains a factory ride. The Tein S Techs will lower your G another 1/2" over the H Techs. If you lower your G you'll need the complete camber kit front and rear just so you won't go thru tires once a year.... Thank you very much for the info. If i do a drop on springs would just an alignment work or would i necessarily need to camber? Can i do a manual camber or would it be best to go with an aftermarket camber kit? I want the car to sit just a little above the tire but dont want to buy a full coil system. Which brand would you recommend i go with so i dont break my bank since i need to camber and align as well?

Anything over .8" drop would require a chamber kit.

bma619, for the springs/camber kit check out our MARKETPLACE under verdor suspension. That's where you'll find the right products and fair prices on everything you'll need for your G. Find an independent brake/alignment shop in your area for installs and alignment. Stay away from the dealership, and big azz companys like Firestone/Sears/PepBoys they'll only mess your ride up!!

Agree with everyone above, stick with reliable company springs.

As for the camber kit, I'm pretty sure just a rear camber kit should do for just a mild spring drop, the front should be fine from the natural camber it gets from the drop.
