Hey guys this is just an FYI,

I just bought a gtspec chassis brace and thought I'd let everyone know about the problem I ran into.

Im running a Greddy EVO TT (3") exhaust and the brace was pushed right up against it so I had to put 5mm spacers in to get rid of the insane rattle.
Problem is my car isnt even lowered at all and now im having problems with speed bumps

Not bagging on GT-Spec at all, im thrilled with the performance and fitment of the brace!! Still planning to order their rear lateral brace and front strut brace

Just wanted to let the guys running full 3" ehausts that they might run into the same problem

Wow? I've been going over speed bumps with my car w/4pt midbrace and haven't rubbed. yet.

 

I constantly rub with mine and I'm actually fine with that since it helps protect my LTH, exhaust and Sideskirts. The 4pt chasis brace is a lot cheaper to replace than those other parts.

 

^ Def, did you guys feel any difference with the braces...Been wanting them for a while now.

 

^ Same questions as above. I don't think people buy this primarily for exhaust protection.
