Painting rims?

I have 20 Inch MSR Rims just regular glossy black from the inside, and the lip is chrome... I currently own a Ivory Pearl and I want to make the Lip Ivory Pearl, and I want to make the glossy part of the rim Matte black. Now If i wanted to this .. What Materials would I need? Thanks a ton!

to powder coat you need an oven that can fit the wheel in. Where do you live?

You also have to electrically charge them, so get the powder to adhere.
