HELP..A/C fan takes 2-3 mins to turn on ???

I've tried to do some research on this but never came up with a concrete answer. My car is an 06 so no warranty. If you start the car and put the fan on high, it does nothing. It takes about 2 mins and all the sudden it works fine. I don't think it is the blower motor but maybe a resistor . Any help appreciated. There was one thread that I found on this but the member just said that Infiniti covered it under warranty. I sent him a message but he has not been on in a while....

Thanks

All I can tell you is to get it check out, could be the fan motor or the wiring. Check for dust?

There is an extended warranty on the fans because it is a known defect. Take it to your Infiniti dealership, they will fix or replace it for free for you. I have an '05 and they replaced both my fans free of charge...even game me a brand new Infiniti rental for the day till it was ready.

No...i just started to do this so it has nothing to do with it warming up and I'm refering to the blower fan motors. I assume you meant the radiator fans...correct.

Well I've done more research and I found a guy on this board that had the same problem. He replaced the blower fan relay and that seemed to fix his problem..I'm going to try and order one this week to see if that is the fix...
