Got Nav unit + CD player replaced under warranty but speakers sound "soft"
Hey guys,
I took my car in to get my nav button fixed since it was sticking but they ended up just swapping out the whole inside deck. Well now when im listening to my music it seems as if though the bass is a LOT lighter than it used to be even when the settings are exactly what they were before. Can changing the headunit from stock to stock make this big of a difference? Or do i need to let it "break in" before the sound will level out.

Take it back to the place that did the work. You should be asking them these questions. Not to sound like a dick, but if you think something is wrong, it would behoove you to bring this to their attention immediately rather than gather responses from people on a forum.

It was actually done at the dealership, but i didnt just want to take it in unless its actually something or maybe i'm just hearing things! Which is why i wanted to see if a new headunit even if its stock could change something like that.
