I'm replacing both of my belts tomorrow.
Is 45 dlls a good price to replace them both? Just labor.

 

Thats actually dirt cheap.My shop that i run has a 110.00 flate rate per hour and if you look it up it calls for 1.2 hours labor.

 

is that including the belts? Cause it should be even cheaper than that if not

 

You'd be lucky to find a shop that would do any work(regardless of what it is, aside from oil changes) for less than $45 in labor. Sounds like a very fair price to me.... even though belts are super easy to do yourself.

I got Continental Belts, According to my local parts dealer they in the top quality belts... dunno much about it. Mechanic did it for 45 flat / an hour of his time.

So it wasn't bad at all.

45 bucks is not a fair price. That is robbery! Cant beat that deal.
