Help Knocking sound when turning left or right

Lately I've been hearing a knocking sound when turning left or right.it's starting to get louder and it only happens when I'm turning my stearing wheel while parked or slowly(2-5mph)or reversing.it sounds exactly like a front wheel drive car with a broken cv joint.
Anyone here experienced this problem before or could guess what's causing this?
Thanks

most likely, one or more of your CV joints are going bad

No for instance if im pulling in or pulling out of a parking space while turning my steering wheel it will start knocking(only while turning the steering wheel at really low speed).also i think I need an alignment as well because my car will veer off to the right when I let go of the steering wheel(this happens all the time).

I'd put my money on the inner lower control arm bushing.

Compression rod bushing

Lower Control Arm bushing to frame

Lower Control Arm bushing to shock

I had the same issue. I just ordered this and Amazon was the cheapest place. I still have to install it.
