Check out our video feature of the #44 SOHO Motorsports Time Attack G35. This is how it currently sits but obv a few things will be different by the time the season comes around. New vinyl design, new tires, different radiator that doesnt block the turbo and plenty of other goodies. Make sure you put it on HD and enjoy! http://youtu.be/Kdd2EvpTCmM

Awesome stuff! SOHO single turbo kit is definitely the way to go for FI applications.

Thanks guys! As for the fenders and side skirts, it was something I drew up using the stock front fenders (for rules reasons) and venting them for better aero out of the wheel well and across the flat skirt bottom. I dont quite know an exact number but its relatively cheap. Also notice that my rear fenders are custom, but stock looking, and are much much wider to fit the 305 or 315's. All of the body work on the car is done by Bingz and his fb can be found here - https://www.facebook.com/BingzCustomz

This car always makes me happy.

My goal is to one day purchase your turbo kit but it's going to take me a while.

Any chance you can post links to the full high rez shots of the new livery?

Yup. Car is looking awesome again. Really digging the front fender/skirt combo. Great idea and workmanship by Bingz. Maybe I'll get out to see it in person at some point this season, looks pretty slick man, keep up the good work!

Interesting how the rear tires bulge around the rim. How's that affect track performance? Affect track performance?

2013 #44 Time Attack G35 Update!

Hey guys just wanted to do some updating on here in case some of you are still reading this thread, which hopefully you are.

This offseason has been a busy one for us at SOHO Motorsports getting the G35 ready and also sourcing sponsorship for the upcoming season. Our goals are much larger this year and we are going to run as many Global Time Attack and NARRA TT events as we can in an attempt to try to win a class championship. Limited RWD in GTA and TT1 in NARRA. Having said that we understand that is a huge undertaking, so we have made some changes along with the new chassis as described and shown previously in the thread.

First our big news though! We have some awesome new, and HUGE, sponsors for the 2013 Time Attack season! Garrett Turbos will be supplying our forced induction needs, Jim Wolf Technology will be supplying our cams and springs, Brian Crower will be supplying our valves and guides, and Computech and Sneed Speed will be helping out with a bunch of other stuff on the car! Along with that we have introduced our 2013 #44 G35 Livery with all of the new sponsors represented on it (except JWT). With all of these great new big name sponsors we are sure that our season will be a great one filled with many weekends ending on the podium!

As I mentioned above and in the sponsor announcement, we have some new parts on the car. We tore the SOHO VQ35DE engine down and have decided to change some things out in it, making it for a much more potent combination for the seasons to come. I know one thing is for sure, I cant wait to get it all back together and get to testing in a month or so. With the new chassis, tires, seat, engine and turbo setup this car is gonna be a whole new beast, and I cant wait!!!! :skidmark:
