[INTRO] Hey everyone! New here! (Tire Question too)

Hey everyone, Im Joseph, Long time lover of the G's but until recently have not been able to aquire one that felt "Right"
So 2 days ago I picked it up.
2004 Coupe, Brembo's and 6MT. Silver, on Black, with Nav, stereo, and a few performance mods, low km, and best of all, MINT.

Anyways, Here in the great white north which is Northern Ontario, Winter tires are manditory.
Yes I know the coupe might not be the best in the Winter, but I want it available for when I dont want to drive my Stage 3+ S4.

So I am in the process of buying winter tires, and I have a line on a good deal of Blizzak's brand new, but they are all 245/45R18....

Now I am running stock rims, with 225's on the front and 245's on the rear, can my car handle 245's on the front? or would that be a bad idea... Im new to "Staggard" fitiments, as Audi's tend to blow diffs if you stagger.

Anyways
Here is a few vids of my toys from my youtube channel to give you an idea of the things I am into!
Stage 3+ 2001.5 Audi S4 (500+hp)
Stage 69 Passat Wagon (450whp, 1.8T engine)
Stock Cessna 172P Skyhawk

Hey Joseph, welcome to the forums!
Very nice cars man, and that was the first time I've seen a POV of someone landing a plane, it looks ridiculously fun. Sorry I don't know that much about tires, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you on here. What plans do you have for your G?

Well right now it has Exhaust, Z tube, Intake Plenum, and Plenum, Cats, ground kit etc.

Next year, its going to be FI (Probably S/C) Brakes are going to be upgraded to wilwoods (Probably, Ill see how the stock brembo's fare out with a set of Hawk HPS on the track)
Suspension is already in, Koni's and Tein. They are going to be either Ohlin's or KW V3's next year.

This is going to be a Track ***** and a DD for the nice days lol. The S4 is my Street racer (thing runs mid 11's in street trim) and my Wagon is well. hahaha, I use that to swat 600-750cc bikes on the highway, Ive gotten some interesting looks in that car lol)

Hey there.... im inclass now so i cant watch videos, but i cant wait to see them!!!! Also wanna see the G. My old one was an 04 DG coupe, lowered, loaded, plus some other goodies ur going to love it. What kind of racing do udo? Autox, time attacks, etc?
Also to answer ur tire question you will be fine with 245s all the way around. The oem wheels are not staggered just the tires are, no idea why infiniti did that. When ireplaced my all seasons i went 245 square so i could rotate them. Never had an issue

I most do lapping day, or the odd GT Gentleman series type of race, at Calabogie Motorsports and Tremblant Motorosprts.

I ended up putting 225's all around.
