05 AB 6MT for sure. The only thing the 03 has on the 05 is the Brembos, which as someone mentioned before, you can add on later if you insist. Go with the 05, you'll be really glad you did. Unless it has OC issues. Other than that, the 05 is the clear winner here. The Athens Blue really makes a statement. I own a Caribbean Blue coupe, and I consistently recieve compliments. It shouldnt be any different with AB. Good luck! Let us know what you decide to do, oh and welcome to the forums!

Huge fan of black cars but I found myself an 05 with black int and I love it. More than the ext you should be asking if you rather sit in a 03 or a updated 05. It's easy to repaint a cars ext.

Have u seen these cars in person.!?

Black is great "IF" it has been taken care and only "IF"..

I think black is the hardest to keep clean and take care of.

The Athens Blue looks great and seems easier to correct the paint if need be..

Plus the stock navi only LOOKS cool at best . Get an aftermarket Double Din touchscreen and u will be way happier..

I did see both in person. The 2005 seemed to ride a little better than the 2003 but had more road noise. It may have been the tires though because they were in need of replacement. The 03 had about 40% left versus the 25% on the 05.

I've owned black cars in the past and I tell myself I will never own another black car, but then I see one and think...."well, washing it isn't THAT hard"!

The owner of the 03 Black G35 , just seemed to view it as "just a car". He kept up on maintenance from what he told me but, he didn't go overboard by any means. 6,000 mile oil changes vs. 3,000. Cheaper tires etc. However, it really is a nice G. I don't feel that either of them have had a rough ownership history.

Im most likely going to go with the 2005. It seems to be the most logical choice. For about the same price, im getting a car two years newer, newer interior etc. The Brembos will be added later.

I asked the owner about oil consumption and he said he has never saw it burn a drop. I wish I knew the exact truth though! It's hard to trust people selling cars.

*+1

my stock navi in the 03 sedan is horrible, even with the newest update. my aftermarket Kenwood headunit has a much better navi.

btw dont waste your money on old infiniti brembos when you can get these

Dont buy the 05 til you can confirm it isn't consuming oil. That **** is a nightmare if no warranty.

05's have oil consumption issues and so that would be your gutsiest move to be honest. get 03 to be safe.

yes but it is most common on 05's. I am not saying it should stop him, i havent seen the cars in person or looked at the records. just thought it could be the safer move anddd i really like the brembos
