new climate...weird gurgling when started?

new climate...weird gurgling when started?
I live in south Florida but drove up to new york for the holidays. I noticed when I start my car to warm it up after about a minute or so ill kick up up to 2k rpm to get the oil flowing i notice i hear water flowing. It seems to go away after the car is fully heated up. Have no error read outs on my cluster and was curious as to what it could be and if it is normal! thank you an happy new year!
