the last owner had a bad paintjob on my back bumper so its really dull and hazy. Ive tried many types of waxes and techniques but it doesnt help so i figure ill have to try something else.
its not too bad but its not ice shiny like id like it to be

you need a detailer or someone who can level paint. Looks like alot of orange peel that either needs wetsanding or leveling with a rotary.

 

If you have a porter-cable try polishing it with some Meguiar's 105

 

Agreed. Might have to have the above done. I use to detail. Trying some Meguiar's Clar Bar, swirl remover compound, & wax. Try finding a good detailing website for some good detailing tips and products.
