He knows mine looks better but he says his will destroy me in a race...

You will lose. Your car is 8yrs old and the engine has lost some power for sure. His is new, he has AWD and its like 350lbs lighter. Maybe from a roll of 50+ you have a chance but his driving would have to REALLY SUCK! Good luck. Lol
