You bought a car for $6,500 and surprised the engine is bad? This shouldnt be news to you, even if you get another used engine and labor you will still be ahead of the game.

Most of us on here bought our cars for $35k +

22k in on my car when i got it, 07 AT prem package with 28k miles a year and some months ago. So ya 6k for an infiniti is cheap, but then expect some issues.

Visit your local Nissan/Infiniti wrecking yard and find the lowest mileage motor they have and get it installed. Drive your G35 and enjoy, you've made a good deal...Gary

I had the same situation. Bouhgt at 112k and replaced motor at 130k.

Lol i paid 20k for my car and I I could have bought a G for 6.5k, I would have done it in a heartbeat and toss in a new engine and have some fun.

Seen the ad on ebay car looks beat and as for the engine it needs more then that quarter panel is damaged along with door and interior just from looks the previous owner didnt care for the car
