Grill on stock bumper advise
My bumper grill is cracked. I'm thinking of getting my bumper repainted and would like to take care of this in one shot, however it seems like Infiniti doesn't sell bumper grill as a seperate part.
Would a billet grill look like crap on everything stock ?( http://www.ebay.ca/itm/03-06-INFINIT...item41618c67a6 )

You talking about the grill just under the hood, or the two smaller ones on left and right side of bumper, lower portion? If it's the upper, under the hood, you can find an emblemless grill on ebay or an oem grill here in the marketplace for under $100....not a big deal really.
If you're talking about the two lower grills in the bumper...they are built into the bumper itself. Your only choices would be to replace the entire bumper or cut them out and use some aftermarket grill material (aka gutter guard or chicken wire) in it's place.

I believe they mount over the oem. IMO, leave the billet look in the 1990's where it belongs. If you don't want to shell out the dough on a new bumper, I'd cut the grills out, use a dremel or sawzall or something like that, then use some black plastic gutter guard in it's place back there. Or you could just leave it open. Just make sure your cuts are straight and even or it's going to look like a hack job.

People buy aftermarket grills all day long...you should easily be able to find an OEM grill for sale on here for next to nothing. Or if you want to go aftermarket, you can pick one up on eBay for less than $100. I got an all black, emblemless grill on there for about that....fits and looks great.

If it wasn't fixed by now, you might be able to find one at a junk yard. You'll have fun replacing it though.
Here's my car with the lower billet grills on a stock front end. They don't match with the OEM grill but they do an excellent job at concealing a FMIC.
