If the cats are good, they will not throw any codes.

HFCs made right won't need defoulers which is your case. Since you're throwing the SES warning have it checked/fixed, a blown sensor could waste your HFCs....Gary

You might try just adding another set of Non-Foulers on top of the ones you have.. get those suckers WAY out the exhaust flow - worked on my Megan TP's on an 05 6MT

yeah i couldn't really tell you. i just added the defoulers anyways since i already had them. but if you look at the kinetix honey comb its pretty thick, i was impressed at the quality for aftermarket cat.

Thats not necessary true because I have Kinetic HFC and my SES light came on... I disconnected the negative on my battery it turned off but drove a while it came back on. What is a way to fix it besides defoulers? I have a 05 g35x sedan if that helps

same thing with me.. i installed the defoulers, removed the negative, and the light came back on 2 days later. I met a local tuner who suggested an Osiris tune which will take care of this issue FOREVER. The thing is, it's gona cost around $800.

Other than defoulers a uprev reflash to turn the code off in the ecu is the only way to get rid of that code

All HFCs that I've used (BERK's & FI) don't require defoulers nor will they fit due to space restriction! Osiris tune should cost around $500, what you're being quoted is way too high. With all the breather mods, intake + spacer + exhaust + HFCs will require you get a tune which is the only way to remove the SES warning....other than putting your OE cats back on.

Yeah a shop quoted me about 800 before he knew I had AWD so its probably going to cost more. So is there anything to do besides FI after the breather mods/tune? That would prob push my car to 320 or something right?

Not really, you can get an upgraded LSD or different gearing that will help you transfer the power to the ground, but there really isn't much else you can do for sheer power.

We've been PM'ing about the O-tune as well, don't spend 800 on it lol. Your car will run exactly the same as any other automatic, they just can't dyno tune it
