Hi everyone. I have a 2004 Laser Red coupe. NON Brembo.

So I got my set of AVUS wheels and its time for a change.

So my question to You is,

What color should I paint the LIP. They are CHROME at the moment and not feeling the chrome anymore. And the face of the wheel is GREY.

paint the face flat black and the lips bronze

btw no need for two threads man

 

It's tough to really pick a color for the lip without it look bad. IMO, paint matched lips look like ****. If I had to choose something besides chrome, I'd go with a black chrome lip with a flat black face.

 

leave the lip chrome, and paint rims red

I might have to consider painting the whole wheel Except the Barrel.

I say wrap the Lip, just incase You want chrome later on.

 

use the plasti dip spray...you can peel it off at any time...

 

Id leave the lips crome and do something to the actual rim like color match to LR!

 

chrome lip looks very clean.
