You can special order a car, just like gforce said but only if you want to wait 6 months. Which then brings you to the question of what's more important. Getting a car quick or getting EXACTLY what you want?

I assume you don't want the Premium package, either, which requires the sunroof?
Use Infiniti's website to build a car to your liking. The website has all the rules built in, and if it lets you configure a car, you can order it that way.

i got mine without the sunroof, i have a 6MT with no premium, no sunroof, no bose, just came with splash gaurds for some odd reason

Yes you can get it without sunroof (without premium package) but ONLY through special order. If you don't mind waiting 60-90+ days. I placed my order for no sunroof, no bose, no leather 5AT on March 9th, and my car _should_ be here sometime in June.
Like someone else said, if you want your car NOW, your best bet is to just get the sunroof, otherwise special order it. I never used the sunroof in my previous car and I had time to wait so I special ordered no sunroof.

You can get one w/o the sunroof, but fewer are manufactured so you might have to wait a bit longer. I lucked out and only had to wait 1 month after puting in my order for no sunroof, no prem, etc. The 1st dealership I visited wouldn't budge and said I would have to wait at leat 4 months. Knew this was BS and went to another dealership.

Like ryoken already advised you man, just go to Infiniti.com, and you can get these answers for yourself.
You can configure a car right there online, and see exactly what equipment combinations are possible and which aren't.
It's easy dude, try it.
