So many bolt-on's but so little dyno HP - Dyno Vid Included

I have pretty much all the major performance bolt-on except headers and yet my dyno numbers are horrible.
07 G35 Coupe 6MT Rev-up
Here are my performance mods:
UpRev Osiris Engine Management Custom Tune
Motordyne MREV 2 Lower Plenum Manifold
Motordyne 5/16" Iso Thermal Plenum Spacer
Stillen Z-Tube & Hi-Flow Intake w/ K&N Filter
Stillen Engine Grounding Kit
Berk High Flow Cats
Stillen True-Dual Cat-back Exhaust w/ ZR Tips
Here are my dyno #"s:
255whp
243wtq
Here is the video of the dyno:
Any thoughts on why those numbers are so low and what I can do to improve them? BTW, the dyno was at Stillen's shop in Costa Mesa, CA. The turner said the dyno was close to 9 years old and could run a bit low BUT THAT LOW???

It's gotta be the dyno. My care made that and it's an 04 auto without a tune lol. my mods were:
5/16 iso thermal spacer
berks HFC
HKS rep
z-tube
pop charger
Actually I made slightly less but pretty close

A few things should be noted about dynos/comparing dyno #'s. There are different types of dynos: dynojets, dynapacks, mustang dynos, etc. they will all differ in readings, some read high, some read low. On top of that, some dynos will have different parameters that vary dyno readings between people even further. Bottom line: do NOT compare dyno numbers unless they are on the same dyno, and if you want truly accurate comparisons, on the same day. Wayyyy too many different variables to have accurate comparisons unless those two things occur. With that said, NA g's unfortunately don't get the power gains from bolt-ons that most people would like to get =/.
There were 7 runs made on a Dynojet dyno in about 60 degree weather close to sea level. Attached is the dyno sheet of the first run compared to the last run (after the UpRev Osiris tune). My mods were listed in the beginning of the thread.
It was a Dynojet @ Stillen in Costa Mesa, CA.

Here is my bone stock sedan rev-up that was run on a mustang dyno with 87 octane. The mrev add 25 tq and 15 hp and I wonder WTF your tune did. I think you haz shi**y tune

Am I reading it wrong or did you gain 1hp? Sorry, on my phone.
Unforchantly I don’t have the baseline numbers. Just before and after the UpRev Osiris tune which gave me about 10whp as shown on the dyno sheet.
I may take it to the Church dyno shop in the LA area to have them do a couple runs. I'm wondering how large the difference will be. I'll post the results when I get a chance to go there.
You can't really compare your numbers straight up. I mean, if a stock G coupe dyno'd on that dyno the same day, then you could possibly compare.
The only real way to compare dyno numbers is before and after for your car on the same dyno under similar weather conditions. Then you know how much you gained from that mod - and that's it.
You might be pulling low numbers on this dyno but another dyno might read high. Doesn't mean your power was different at all - it's just that was what was read.
