tylerxfire...how much did you pay for your car?? so ive found a couple more choices. one of them is really nice and low miles. only con is its salvaged. I know most of the time you should run away from these. but what if the damage wasnt too bad, what if the frame is all good and even the mechanic says it was fixed really good, would you still stay away from a salvaged g35?? plannin on keeping this car for a while so reselling value isnt a problem.

nvm about the salvaged title question haha. did a lil more research.

this is the one i was looking at. still looking at other options tho. but what you guys think of this salvaged one?

04 is not bad. That price is good. My brother has an 07 and driving them back to back, there is hardly any noticeable difference.... They're both slow lol

i wouldnt ever buy salvage for 1
2 id rather have a non rev-up than a rev-up and thats why i do. ive driven both and done work on both and overall i just like the feel of the non revup better. more torque feeling and just not as laggy to me feeling and respond to mods just fine as u can see from my z time below. I am fine with my 04 interior but my car is a 04.5 so i dont know if that makes a diff. and i have every option possible in my car. also no worries of oil consumption issues which are common with rev-up

as for what i paid for mine...cant tell

I've had 3 salvage coupes and have never had problems with any of them other then having to replace o2 sensors because of test pipes..

I hate to break it to you, HockeyADC, but there is no such thing as a G35S coupe.
Haha well whatever I don't mind. No one I know knows the technicalities as to when the S was offered or not(I don't even know anyone else who owns a G35) so it doesn't bother me lol

The Infiniti symbol looks like a mountain.

Word.

Looks like a modified infinity symbol to me though

Anyway, to the OP, that last 04 you posted is a good deal.. 50k miles with navi for that price is a steal. IMO

I got an '04 because of the Brembos and the availability of the black interior with white exterior. I know 05+ only had a stone grey interior.

Drawbacks are no MP3 on the stock head unit, but easily solved with a replacement. The Brembos are great, and perform well. I've tracked many times and have zero complaints on the brake performance. They do squeak quite often which can be really annoy for a daily driver.

Lastly, the 05+ is much more peppy to drive.

I hate the raised buttons of the center console on the upgraded interior.. 06 only has nice door panels shifter bezel (if auto) seats and cluster that u can put in your 04.. Same with exterior, I've swapped everything except the wing which I'm swapping with my buddy soon..
