I just ordered a dual 10" sub box for my coupe last night.
I went on the website tonight and says "Thank You for visiting ZEnclosures. Due to a family emergency we will be closed for a couple days. thanks Mike."
Anyone else bought from them? :/ is there anyway i can contact them?
I want the box ASAP. Not a scam i hope....

I've heard good things from them, so I wouldn't freak just yet. Give them a couple days...dfamily emergencies do happen. Plus, if you ordered using a credit card you really have nothing to worry about anyway....your credit card will stand up for you if you're scammed....all they have to do is chargeback the seller and your money magically re-appears! Have done it many times in the past on eBay.

 

True. Yea i've done hella research on em before i ordered it. I guess it jst sucks right when I ordered it they had an emergency. I just want to get my subs installed already :/ and yes i ordered it using my debit card. Wish they gave their work number though.

They will never, ever answer the phone. But if you leave a message they WILL return your call.
