Radiator core removal?

ok perfect. i will keep a updated post of this when i have time. next time is replacing the radiator thats connected to the upper radiator hose....will i need to buy coolant fluids as well cause im pretty sure it was leaking, i would also like to change my belts at the same time, i wonder if thats easy...

well yea, if your going to change the radiator you need to drain your coolant system. should be a plug on the bottom of the radiator. disconnect both upper and lower radiator hoses, disconnect the fans and then unbolt and remove the fan assembly from the back of the radiator. take it out of car so you have room for the next step. i have a coupe so idk if its the same but there should be some locks on the support that says unlock lock. unlock those and take those out. you should be able to freely move the upper part of the radiator back. look down and you will see that the ac condensor is connected to the radiator by a couple of bolts. unbolt those and you will be able to pull the old radiator up and out. idk if you have a auto or a manual but i think if its a auto it will have transmission lines going to the radiator too that you will have to disconnect. if it doesn't then w/e less work for you.
