I find it hard to fill up everytime I'm at the pump for some reason. I think I'm saving money but most would say that I'm actually wasting it by not filling up. What do you guys think? do you actually get better millage by filling up?

 

Yeah from my experience you get a better mileage if you fill up the tank. 70% of the time I fill up the tank but if I have the day off n just want to mess around I just put $20 n be back the next day

 

i've never actually thought about it but now that I do, I do get better mileage if i DON'T fill up all the way...but since i haven't really paid much attention to it i would have to see how much I'm actually saving if any

 

Rarely do I ever fill up. I mainly just toss in bout $20 worth unless gas is really cheap. Only then would I fill her up.

Fill up all the time.... hate having to wait in the cold to pump gas!

 

Depends when I get paid lol. Usually a full tank makes me want to smash more cuz I tend to care less about my mpg when looking at the full mark. When I'm at a quarter or so is when I usually tend to love the cruise control and shift before 3k to milk that shiet. Lol

 

Depends on the price, if its decent then Ill fill up completely. If not I usually put $20 - 25...

 

full tank every time.. not worth my time to goto a gas station and pump so often..

but guys pumping $20 at a time.. that's only like 4 gallons or less.. about 90 miles..
do you guys really like to pump every 2~4 days?!

 

Rarely do I fill up. Only when I am in Syracuse(cheaper for some reason) or PA do I put more than $30 in. I get mileage for driving, so try to find the best gas deals.

 

Today at shell I filled up 18 gal $81....shiet raping my wallet!

Well it can wear the car down by carrying around extra weight when you fill it. On the flip side, if you put $10 in each time you'll have to make more stops causing extra wear as well. I usually fill up so I can check my mileage - not everyone can have a car with nav.

 

I fill up all of my vehicles...........no time to waste at the gas station...........
