My car is idling erratically and isn't very smooth.

It all started when I was climbing and it threw codes for random misfires cylinder number 3. Replaced spark plug in that bank and now it doesn't do that but it started idling funny missing and i would hear knocking noise, which i am assuming is a misfire. I ran some fuel cleaner a while back and it didn't do it for awhile and made me think its the fuel, i mean it is winter with the ethanol and all.

well it started doing it again,

decided to clean the maf and replaced all spark plugs. Still doing it.

any other solutions? Car runs smooth when not at idle and has the usual power at wot. It only misses at idle... No codes.

 

So.... Since no has any suggestions...

I think I figured it out. The reason why changing the spark plugs did not seem like it did anything was because I forgot to plug in the vacuum hoses on The intake. So spark plugs might of just fixed my missing problems. Now it idles fine and doesn't seem to miss anymore. We'll see...
