basically what the guy did was get some cheap weatherized 12v dc leds and tapped it into his parking lights. You can do it as well, its pretty cheap. There's a bunch of chinese made leds on ebay. Arrange the leds the way you want it on the bump and just tap it in to your parking lights and your done.

 

i say do what you want on your car, you bought the car. at the end of the day they didnt chip in your car payments imo
