CAT. bypasser (test pipes) all flow no lag

I recently just fixed the oil leak i had. Got new valve covers and spark plugs oil was all over the spark plugs couldnt fire right. Causing a random misfire any way due to all tht excess unburned gas and oil leak my catalytic. Converters are clogged up slowing my cars performance. Instead of buying new cats which are 450$ each. I already past smog for the year so i got the these Cat bypassers. Installing them today all flow no lag. I paid 150$the for them and it boost my mpgs and over all acceleration.my Exhaust sounds sick!!

Straight pipes are "legal" in Florida? I find that hard to believe.
