Bent front crossmember.

So i didnt see cut off piece of steel at a parking spot & i got a bent front crossmember and maybe sway bar , the wheels are off and make a humming sound & power steering feels weird,I got most of it planned out (like taking it to the dealership, lol)exept one thing. What should be the worries of a bent frame and other issues. I WAS ONLY DOING 5 TO 8 MPH. thx in advance for the input.

You may have bent a control arm, or a tie rod arm. Either way, you probably tweaked the tie rod end, causing the steering system to jam. Check your power steering fluid as well. The humming sounds like the rack or pump is giving you the required pressure.
