Redundant question but, I just want to make sure that the M45 Shift **** can fit the 2003 G35 coupe, without modifications? It says so on the listing but does anyone have pictures to show? Cant find any

It needs to be modified. It only works on the 05+

It won't fit on your 03 unless you change the entire shifter assembly. I only know of one 03 G35 running an M45 shift ****, RRYDE. He has swapped his entire shifter assembly (boot, plate) with one from an FX IIRC.

On any car other than an M45/35, it will need to be modified. Even on 05+ G's, it will not just snap into place no mater what. On 03-04 models will require more modifications than 05+ models, plus you will need to do something about not having a shift boot. Personally I used a shift plate from an 06+ FX35 which come with a shift boot. Not a 100% fit, but close enough.
