03 vs 05 G35x, few questions (audio, performance)

Hey all, I'm looking at a G35x since they have a decent engine, fairly reliable (according to Consumer Reports), and most importantly, AWD. The 03s run a few grand cheaper than the 05s. In 05 they did a mild interior upgrade as far as I understand, right? Also, the engine is rated higher, but that was only because Infinity used an older SAE rating system from what I understand.

My main concern (not a real big one) is with the audio system. I would like to be able to play MP3 CDs at least, which the 05 does support and the 03-04 doesn't. How do aftermarket head units fit into this car? Anyone have any pictures?

And finally, how responsive are these engines to modifications: am I going to get much power out of simple bolt ons like intake manifold, exhaust, and that sort of thing?

Thanks for your help!

EDIT: I meant to post this in the Sedan section, not the coupe section. Didn't even realize they were separate. Could a mod move it for me? Thanks!

there is a kit being sold at ebay, it converts your oem SAT into a mp3 player (ipod) or celphone or whatever that reproduces mp3 or music

here is the link : http://www.ebay.com/itm/360350871755...84.m1438.l2649

is the best thing you can do for this, actually you will listen to high quality music

i'm planning on doing this to my G
