The HKS exhaust won't bolt up without something, what are you running in place of the OE cats? If you're using just a straight pipe you could have those bungs welded in. Better idea would be to order a set of ART pipes, problem solved and you won't have the rasp you'll have with the straight pipe. If you have a real HKS system and not the knockoff have you checked to see if you have the restriction in the crossover?

Yes it's true hks paid around 1800 for it.... It has the straight pipes and I hate the raspy sound! So those ones you are talking about do you need the extenders or is there a place for the o2s? How much are the pipes and where?

Also I am looking for a cheap fix to get an inspection sticker for right now..... Do you think the z1 extensions will work for the p0420 430 trip?

O2 sensor spacers are supposed to help CEL's, but are never guaranteed. To be even cheaper you could try sparkplug non-foulers. They're cheaper so you can get 4 of them to double up and be safe. Just make sure you have the right size for the outer one that the sensor will have to fit into.

What are the no fouler And where do I get them? Doni screw them in the bung and screw the o2 sensor in the non fouler? All four you mean before where the cats would be and the 2 after?

Thanks for the help

This guy goes a little more into detail here: http://forums.evolutionm.net/evo-how...ouler-how.html

And you can get them from an auto parts store or maybe home depot. Possibly anywhere that sells parts for something using sparkplugs.
