I have an 04 G35 coupe and it seems I have lost all my sound coming from my speakers..seems like the rear speakers went out first then the fronts next... Based on what I've read in other forums I feel it may be my bose amp gone bad... These aren't cheap to replace even on Ebay so I was wondering if anyone can tell me a way to test it or check it with a multi meter before I go out and purchase an amp without knowing.. Thanks..

 

Happened to me and it was the amp. You can get new ones for $70 from Infinitipartsonline I think. I bought one used for like 40 to bide me over until I go double din

Its not intermittent... It was sort of in the beginning... it would work some days but not others.. Now its not working at all... I unplugged the amp connection plugs and the battery connection and it actually worked an hour later for just a few minutes, but the back speakers still didnt work at all, except for a buzzing sound.. only the front speakers played music.. It was like the front and back spearkers might have been on two different raduio stations or something.. kind of wierd...
