Front Bumper Question
Ok so I just had the K2 bumper installed and it looks great. Only issue is the openings are... open... Anyone know where to get the screening or covers? Im not sure what you would call what cover's that up? Is this like a custom cut the material and out it in, or anyone know if they sell it specifically for the K2?????

Apparently your only option is Home Depot, try to find something other than door/window screen and get black. Can you say, Thanks Strafe? Other company's sell grilles for their front bumpers obviously Strafe what's you to be creative....

Go to lowes or home depot and find a metal sliding door inserts. They have big square sections that are heavy duty mesh and they're already painted black. They look great. I have them in my inven front and it looks perfect. I tried the gutter guard crap too and this method is 2468358653689933x better.

My poly nismo had thicker portions on the inside of the opening to tap small screws into, I used a washer with it to increase holding area. If you don't have spots to put screws, you can use a small piece of wire coat hanger, epoxy half of it to the inside of the bumper opening and the bend the other half through the grill...do that every 6" or so.

Poly Inven has the small tabs to use a self tap screw to secure your mesh.
OPs option:
1. Home Depot or local hardware store and find mesh. It's about $4 for a huge metal sheet. Down side is that it comes silver =(. I like to use black spray-on bedliner to paint my mesh black.
2. Go look for 'gutter guard' it's a plastic mesh used to cover your gutter so it doesnt get clogged.. If you can find black ones then you've found yourself plastic mesh for about $5. You can also find this at your local hardware store.
3. Buy steel mesh. We have them but right now they're not cut for a K2 Front Bumper.. We use a thin steel sheet and have it laser cut into a honey comb or diamond pattern and powder coat black. About $75 cost so probably looking at $100 to pick up mesh but this stuff is probably never going to break and looks very unique (lambo mesh).
That's pretty much your best bet.. Shipping cost for mesh is going to be more then you buying a whole roll yourself.
Installing mesh, if your bumper is poly urethane pick up some SHORT self tap screws and just screw the mesh onto the extra material surrounding the ducts.. remember to point your screw away from the duct so you dont drill THROUGH it..
If your bumper is fiberglass you can bend the mesh into the shape of the duct and use bondo or epoxy to put it on.. or you can buy copper wire and epoxy/bondo that onto the bumper then slide your mesh on and fold the copper wires in to hold the mesh.
