a small turbo kit is still a turbo. if you're going to get all the coupling/pipes/etc for a small kit, might as well install a larger turbo while you're at it.

dont think I will ever get my G to 300 WHP guess I will have to wait for my next ride.

thinking once this one is around 150k gonna get a 2003+ cobra (terminator) or audi s4. Love the G so much but the lack of power!

honestly i wish i had the knowledge and money to drop an LS motor into it!!!!!

Not sure what the S4 is capable of but they're not much faster. I was quicker then those at the track when I had only bolt-ons.

Performance wise, the Cobra is a good choice if you mod the suspension so it can take a turn.

03-04 cobra is a prime choice! I'm just going to save up for a single turbo set up and shoot for around 400whp on my g. Pricey and still not as quick as a terminator but it will still be fastish.

How about build a turbo setup yourself?

It'll still be over your budget, but you won't break the bank like you would buying a full, pre-fabbed kit.

Buy it a few parts at a time, and just keep saving up. That's what a buddy of mine did. Took him almost a year to get everything, but he now has a turbocharged 5th gen Maxima.

I'm going to buy a tuner kit... I really like the momentum single turbo set up, should be more than worth saving up for.

Good luck trying to hit 300whp n/a.

I only got 260/236 with an exhaust and spacer on a dyno dynamics. 40whp is a lot to gain with just bolt on's.

I went this route a couple of years ago with my Mustang GT, got it over 320HP N/A but I spent more or close to what it would have cost me to just put a supercharger on the car and it would have made more power. Not doing that with my G, not really a fan of s/c though, so I'll just save for a single turbo kit at some point. Not looking to make 500HP, just around 350HP.

Not really... M45's are way heavier! I think nissan should have offered an FI option for the Z's and G's could you imagine how many they would sell!

Good luck with that, Momentum is gone. Look into the Boosted Performance kit on my350z.
