The 285 is perfect for your 10" rim, there's no reason to run 305s especially when you consider the cost difference. If your intent is to spend more $$ step up to a quality tire like the Michelin Pilot Super Sports....GaryOriginally Posted by G35AndTGOD

First post on DRIVER....just because you show pic of the tires doesn't prove you even drive a G35 especially claiming those size tires and on what rims? Originally Posted by fchawa

in all fairness, there is a big "pimp" "baller" "ghetto" or whatever you want to call it following with the g. At least that is how i see it. Most people who dont know or care about wheel gap will most often stay stock or put 22's on dey g ride with no drop.

If I may ask a follow up question in reference to the original and if it's thread jacking sorry ahead of time. What about the stock 18's, I have a the stock 245/45 on the rears but want to go a bit wider. On a slammed G I hear it might be safer to just get spacers on the rears but I was thinking of maybe goin 265-285/35. Opinions? I will get photos up in a bit

Yoo,
it would be nice to go 19 - 285-35.or 30 low profile its look nice and not heavy if u drift or donuts your G u check my tires before ? mine 19-305-30 are nice and very wide but heavy on roads I mean I cant Drift or donuts but they look sexy on street
