Help.. What piece of my car is this?

I'm fairly new to G35driver and as I expressed in my previous posts, I LOVE THE G WORLD! When I bought my car I found this piece in the trunk and I don't have a clue what it is. Can someone make heads or tails as to what it is or what is it for? Of course there is no part# on it

Whatever it is it seems broken judging by the edges
See attached pics

Thanks

I showed the picture to a co-worker, after looking at it, possibly, it might be a cover part of the seat slide like where the rails are, it covers it.... that's our best guess

I think they are around 25 bucks a piece. But I got mine for less from OC Infiniti. When installing them and un-installing you need to be careful because the prongs that go into the seat rails can break easily.
