i found this exhaust for 250 bucks
any1 know what kind it is

thats what i was thinking to. the person on craigs didnt mention any specifics and $250 sounds pretty cheap

 

Def ebay exhaust.
But if ur lookin for something other than stock that might be an option.
Not sure about fitment though.

he also had a picture of the exhaust fitted on the car but with the info he provided it seemed like the same info you would see on ebay for a replica exhaust

 

It's an HKS knockoff....branded by any of 9 or 10 different companies out there, probably all produced by the same manufacturer though. I got one and can't really complain for the price....it sounds just like the HKS (loud), build quality is good, fitment was a bit off....but I had an exhaust shop modify it to fit for about $100, now it fits perfectly. Considering they go for about 1/4 the price of the real thing, it's worth it in my eyes....just don't expect the real thing. lol

 

Thats not a ARK lol.... ARKs retail for 1200 and also the resonator chambers are more squared and not rounded off.

does this exhaust add any noticeable power or is it just for sound?
250 bucks for some hp doesnt sound like a bad deal

 

If it's not the real deal don't get it. I mean brand new is only 1400 at the most. I am sure you can find a very nice one on here that is used for more then 1/2 the price off. Unless that is a name brand, stay away from it.

 

Unless u have other breather mods and then do a tune after putting on the exhaust don't expext any noticeable gains.
But that goes for all exhaust for our cars.
It's mostly for sound/looks.
