i got a chance to trade some one my trunk with wing for there trunk wingless straight trade . Should i do it ?? does the stock wing actaul help any or is it just for looks ?? also its a dg coupe

my outside is completly stock with just a carbon fiber hood

I don't know why everyone goes bananas over G coupes with no spoilers. Well, nvm... it is all preference.

My preference is winged. That is one of the best things about the older style coupe. That wing just has so much character.

 

I would lose my spoiler and trunk for the HD trunk any day!!!

The HD trunk is nice. I've always liked the cleaner look without the OEM spoiler, if mine didn't have the light built in I probably would have removed it by now.

 

I bought an 05 wing for my 06 and never installed it. I like the wingless but do feel that back end is lacking "something."

I do like that HD look though. Retains the natural curves of the vehicle.

 

This trunk lid looks great....^....this to me is the only alternative to the OE spoiler! That looks

You can do either since its the newer spoiler. If it was the ironing board (like mine), I say trade. Looks good as is. Keep it.
