20" Rims - widths and offset suggestions?

I am getting 20's for my G35 Coupe w/Brembos. I want to go with the following set up:

F: 20x10, +25, 255/35R20
R: 20x11, +20, 275/30R20

Will these offsets work? and will I need to roll my fenders?

The tire shop recommended:

F: 20x9, +15, 245/35R20
R: 20x10, +25, 275/30R20

but I am interested in the wider rims.

Feedback is much appreciated. Thanks,

Are you lowered?

If not, don't do the first set. Mexi flush status. If you are, you'll need to roll your fenders. Tire sizes are fine.

Second set is your best option if you aren't lowered and no need to roll your fenders.

I am lowered on tein coilovers. I currenntly have it set with no wheel gap. Also, my fenders have not been rolled yet, but I am willing to roll them if need be. Just to clarify:

Because I am lowered, the first option is best? but I will need to roll my fenders?

F: 20x10, +25, 255/35R20
R: 20x11, +20, 275/30R20

Update:

I got the Rohana RC10's with the following set up:

Fronts: 20x10 +40 (w/ 20mm spacer to clear brembo) / 245/35R20
no rubbing

Rears 10x11 +28 / 265/35R20
Super stretched, but got pirellis tires for free from a buddy. Will change to 275/35R20 for my next set. No rubbing.

Did not have to roll my fenders! Thanks for all your input and feedback guys.

I got the exact same rims on the same color car but different size 20x9 +15 and 20x11 +20 front its perfect does rub but the rear rubs when i hit a pot hole or have people in the back and make a turn. im not lowered yet waiting to get my bc coilover installed and probably have to get rear fender rolled with it too but well see how that goes. Right now w/o being lowered look awesome from the back. ill see if i can post some pics later.

I like the 20X9 + 15 245/35X20 Front & 20X10 + 25 with 305/30X20 out back. You could even go with offsets in the low teens for some bigger lips....Gary
