The first and probably only time anyone has even been in the back "seats" was the tiny salesperson who did the test drive with me while my wife was in the passenger seat. Aside from that I seriously doubt I would subject anyone to trying to squeeze back there.

I would say the g35 is more of a 3 seater and some extra carry space behind the driver. But you can fit some nice skinny ladies in the g35 with no problems =). Your 280 lb friend bubba will have trouble.
