Remove Alternator Pulley
#3
Are you talking about one of the 2 idler pulleys that the Alternator and Power Steering Pump belt uses.... or are you trying to actually replace the pulley on the alternator itself?
If it's either of the idler pulleys, the lock nut in the middle of the pulley should just unscrew. You can do it with the belt on or off, but you'll have a hard time taking the belt off without first loosening at least one of those pulleys and backing off the tension with the adjusting bolt that is connected to the lower side of the pulley (unless you cut the belt off).
If you're trying to actually remove the pulley that is attached to the alternator (perhaps to go to a different sized pulley), your best bet would be to use an impact gun. It should rip that thing off no problem, especially if you have the belt still attached. If you don't have an impact gun, some alternators have a slot in the end of the shaft where the nut is and typically an allen wrench will fit there and secure the shaft so you can use a socket/wrench to loosen the nut. I'm not sure if our alternators have this because I've never tried to remove it on my G and hopefully never will.
