thats a z-tube from a HR motor, probably wont work but who knows? then again it might work and you have discovered a way to make our Gs gain 100hp

This. You can't blame the seller. If he stated it was out of a 08 350z, that is the VQ35HR motor, not the VQ35DE in ours. It is a intake tube out of a 350z. Just not the one for our engine.

i say op attach the tube to the other side of the engine so it looks like he has 2 tubes like the hr. might as well do something with it cus he wont be able to return or do anything with it lol
