Getting my G fully repainted

My G35 is getting repainted , im going with platinum ice tricoat color . Im also getting my oem 19's powder coat flat black along with the grill. I asked them to tint the headlights/taillights with a light black film. Is platinum ice good color or should i go with Ivory Pearl? Thoughts?

Thats what I went with, but when the guy showed me the different colors platinum ice stood out. Never seen a car with it though!

I'd like to see this color. I wouldn't do the wheels the way you described, but I am admittedly a non-fan of most dark wheel set ups.

My insurance is paying for it. My Car got ****ed up bad . Its at the shop , i asked them to give me a day. I couls still change the color. Im actually thinking of keeping the grill stock and just go with the powder coated wheels.

I would do it while the cars in the shop, I think they remove the headlights anyway. As for the rims, I would do a satin instead of a matte black. Also, do the Ice color, another member did a similar pearl color and it looked amazing.

Thanks for the input! I have completely changed my mind. Im going to forgo the grill , head/tail lights and rims. Just keep them stock. Ill just buy some nicer wheels in the near future. And customize it , with smaller steps.

Don't listen to cleanBS, he is BS'n you. Black is the nicest color for a G. IP is a far second.

OP - If you like the way the Platinum Ice color looks, go for it!
