Vibration
I have an 05 MT g35 coupe-
I have owned this car for almost three years now with no issue. Yesterday I got in the car for my daily commute to work and noticed for the first time that when I drive over 65 mph the steering wheel starts to shake and the whole car vibrates a good bit. I figure that this is probably an alignment issue however I am just confused as to how this would randomly begin and how it could have been knocked out of alignment sitting in my driveway. I have not hit a curb, or anything for that matter and on my previous drive it was fine. Has anyone experienced this and found it to be something other than needing at alignment?
Thanks!

There is an epoxy that they use on the wheel weights to hold them on to the wheel. That epoxy can get brittle and weak with age and you could lose a wheel weight, which will cause the vibration that you speak of.
Also, make sure that you have uniform tire pressure on all of your wheels and there are no major gobs of stuff stuck to the inside edge of your tire or rim. If you ran over a huge chunk of really sticky goo, it could get stuck on your wheel and throw it out of balance.

i get this same vibration above 65mph, i don't feel like it has anything to do with the engine because i can take it out of gear and let the motor idle while im around 70mph and it will still be shaking... i've had two sets of rims and they were both balanced and it still shaked, so i don't know

I think that almost every car I have had (after I put rims and tires on it) has had a goofy vibration at or around 70 mph. I am guessing I havent had it as bad as yours but it sounds like partyman66 has a good idea of the weight just falling off. I also had an ex who's tie rod bent out of no where and it gave her a good vibration. Post what you find out and drive careful until you figure it out.

Thanks for all of the input it is very helpful. I have never had a weight fall off, nor was I aware what happens to the car when they do. After doing a little more research this sounds like it could be my problem so I am taking the car up to discount after work. I will let you guys know how it goes

Small shop should be able to do it without issues.
If vibration stays, you either have a bent rim (which you will be able to diagnose while getting it balanced) or a bad (or going bad) bushings in a lover control arm.
