WELL... i do know i have my lower control arm bushing SHOT, as in they are ****ED.. are you able to replace that bushing? or do you ahve to order a whole new lower control arm? the last shop i got my alignment was saying i can't get the bushing separately. and would have to pay $1200 to fix 2 little bushings...

Small shop should be able to do it without issues.
If vibration stays, you either have a bent rim (which you will be able to diagnose while getting it balanced) or a bad (or going bad) bushings in a lover control arm.
This!

Not balancing a tire due to camber wear is just them covering their behind so you can't turn around and say they did something that wasn't road safe.
