Extend range of remote keyless lock
#18
Ok, my buddy has credited the same method. Not to doubt it as I haven't needed to try it out as I figure i have plenty of time to walk over to the car, but has anyone got any scientific explanation for this? I have also heard the cell phone one, which is even harder to explain.
Someone mentioned that the throat is an amplifier of sound and can amplify electromagnetic frequencies, I don't know if it was sarcasm or not but that sounds far fetched to impossible. Of course I could very well be wrong. Can anyone scientificaly explain this phenomenom?

The throat area is an amplifier of sound and also has an effect on the radio waves emitted from the key fob.

dont radio waves just pass through us? or simply not go through us? can our throat really amplify the waves? since our throats amplify sound..
