Lowering Springs and Lip

Just bought a white 2005 g35 coupe!!! Wanted to give it a more aggressive look with lowering springs but I am not sure which ones are the best. I also wanted some advice about adding a lip to the front bumper. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

it depends on the drop you want. ive heard h&r springs are the way to go as far as ride quality, but it a much bigger drop than some tein s techs would drop you. just look around at pictures on google.

H&R springs would drop you a pretty decent amount. Keep in mind you will need to camber and align as well.

Tein springs will probably put you a little above the tire if you get the G versions and not the 350Z versions.

Front lip definitely makes it look more aggressive. I have a Gialla Front lip but if you can find the Sport OEM lip that ones really nice as well.

Like most people said in the thread "searching" for pics and other users input would be your best bet since there are multiple threads addressing your question.

BAUSauto found on our MARKETPLACE under vendor exterior his a variety of lips, check em out. Lowering, Tein springs will lower your coupe and give you a factory ride but be aware when you lower your G you'll also need a complete camber kit. Doing it right so you won't have excessive tire wear issues will cost you $1500 installed. You'll also need a qualified alignment shop! Qualified does not mean Sears/PepBoys or any of the giant tire companys that offer life time alignment....Gary

Yeah, I live in DC so I don't want it to be lowered too much. We have a lot of pot holes too!

Maybe lowering your G isn't a good idea since they do experience snow and a lip would never survive either. If we ever get snow in my area SLICK will be stuck in the garage....Gary
