How much louder is straight pipes on a stock exhaust?

How much louder is straight pipes on a stock exhaust?

Just looking to increase the sound on the stock exhaust. Nothing huge, 30% more and i'll be happy

It will increase sound some but the amount of rasp you'll have will be awful.

That is my biggest worry. I've looked at a few videos and the rasp is def not a nice addition

If you want a better roar from your car I'd save up some extra cash and buy a full exhaust with ART pipes.

I have been always thinking that. Just thought there might be a way to increase the stock exhaust sound as I've been content with it

I'd recommend getting the Borla exhaust then since it's pretty close to stock with a lower grow when WOT.

if your looking for just a bit louder just do the muffler delete...i love the sound of the muffler delete especially if you take it to a muffler shop and have them weld your stock tips back on and run that little bit of pipe...its in the top 3 exhausts of my choice
