30mm vs 38mm spacers
I run 25/30 spacers with stock rays and 245/35 front and 255/40 rear tires and had rubbing in the rear at stock higher when I drove over any decent size bump or dip in the highway. I rolled my rear fenders and now it's fine.
You just need a fender roller tool, a heat gun, time, and elbow grease. It isn't that hard as long and as long as you take your time to make sure that the paint doesn't crack.
I used an eastwood fender roller and a heat gun. There are several how-to videos on youtube and it was really easy after watching a couple. I was able to rent the tools from a local shop in town since I think the fender rollers are fairly expensive.
Fender rollers aren't too much money, but the problem is that it's not a tool you will use very often unless you have a business really. For most, once you have rolled the fenders you probably won't need to use it again, unless you get more aggressive wheels/tires.
